PERMISSIONS

I hereby allow the lender to:
1. Contact PMEC or any other third party for employment verification and updated details of borrower's employment, bank, and salary information.
2. Pull a credit report from, and submit information to, the credit reference bureau.
3. If the agreed repayment method fails, use other mechanisms to collect on this loan, including but not limited to payroll deduction, cash and bank direct debit.
4. Send bank direct debits to any bank account registered in the name of the borrower. Any bank charges incurred by the borrower as a result of insufficient funds on a direct debit will be for the account of the borrower.
5. In case of collection failure, reschedule the loan over a longer period and charge interest and fees according to the rescheduled loan term.
6. At the request of the client, advance a loan increase and charge interest and fees according to the incremental loan amount.
7. At the request of the client, roll over this loan through electronic channels, with the same conditions as agreed herein.
8. Charge collection fees in case of loan non-performance.
